Termination for Convenience by Licensee. 15.1 The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time for convenience by providing at least 15 days’ written notice to Northlands. In the event of termination for convenience by the Licensee:

Licensee may terminate for its convenience, this Agreement and/or Licensee’s use of Licensed Products at any time permitted by Amazon Web Services Marketplace in which event Licensee will NOT be entitled to a refund or credit of unused fees (if any) pre-paid by Licensee for access to Licensed Products.

Licensee may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time by doing all of the following: (a) giving Licensor ninety (90) days prior written notice of termination, (b) ceasing all use and distribution of the Licensed Software, including Derivative Works, as of the date such notice is given to the Licensor, and (c) tendering payment of all accrued royalties and other payments due to the Licensor through the date of termination.
