Term and Default. (a) This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date, and shall continue in force until December 31,2010, unless earlier terminated by either party as provided in this Agreement or Exhibits hereto. This Agreement automatically shall be renewed for a further period of two (2) years, unless either party has notified the other party in writing at least one hundred and eighty days (180) days prior to the sixth anniversary of the Effective Date of its intent not to renew, such renewal to be subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement or Exhibits hereto. Any renewal pursuant to this Section shall be on the same terms and conditions as are contained in this Agreement.

Term and Default. The initial term (the “Initial Term”) of this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall include all days up to but not including the date that is the 20th anniversary of the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier.
Term and Default. 1. The Agreement shall commence upon the acceptance of the offer and the reception of payment of the 30 to 50 % account of the final price listed on the said offer, and shall remain effective until the Services and/or the delivery of Products are completed and delivered.
