Mutual Intention. It is the mutual intention of the parties that the provisions of this Article protect the rights of individual employees without restricting CSEA's right to require that every bargaining unit employee pay membership dues.

Mutual Intention. The Parties acknowledge their mutual intention to not transfer Contaminated Lands to PRFN unless PRFN has made an informed decision. The Parties further acknowledge and agree that informed decision making is a key principle that will guide them throughout the land selection process.
