Tenure Recommendations. The President shall inform the Chancellor of his or her decisions regarding tenure applications and awards, and if the recommendations of the President and the Academic Vice President differ from the recommendations of the peer review committee, College Rank Promotion and Tenure Committee, or the Xxxx, the Chancellor shall be so informed.
Tenure Recommendations. Failure to supply a TB report and required medical information, a teacher's certificate, and a transcript of academic records shall be grounds for withholding of pay. The District shall be entitled to rely upon the information last shown on such records for all purposes involving the teacher's employment and this Agreement. Academic information shall be brought up-to-date no later than September 1 of each year to be considered for salary purposes during that year. Such academic information shall be brought up- to-date no later than February 1 of each year for purposes of staff reduction.
