Television Advertising Sample Clauses

Television Advertising. During each of the first three years following the Closing, Seller will provide, at its expense and at its advertising rates, for use by Buyer television advertising time having a market value of not less than $2.3 million during each of such three years, which time shall be used by Buyer to promote jointly the Products and/or Morningstar Farms Products owned by Buyer. Buyer shall be responsible for preparing, and the cost of preparing, each such television advertisement. Buyer agrees to provide copies of the advertisements to Seller prior to airing such commercials for Seller's review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Television Advertising. Sponsor will receive prominent logo ID on a schedule of 15- and/or 30-second Producer television commercials for each Event. Television advertising will run one to two weeks before each Event. Sponsor’s logo may appear on the closing slide of the television commercial with other sponsors.
Television Advertising. Costs. SHAMAN shall bear all costs incurred from and after the date of this Agreement in connection with the airing of the Programs with the exception of $150,000 of test media allocated for in the project fee. (Tricom will plan and purchase the initial $150,000 of test media and any additional media on behalf of SHAMAN as an agent.)
Television Advertising. A comprehensive television advertising program was conducted in 2017 on broadcast television focusing on “Today in NY,” “The Today Show,” “News at NY@12N,” “The Tonight Show,” and other early evening rotations for shows such as the “Wheel of Fortune.” Radio Advertising Approximately 150 radio ads and sponsored messages were aired on 4 radio stations reaching Northern New Jersey and the New York City area and the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey areas. The radio ads placed in 2016 represents about 33% of the available radio advertising budget. In 2017 approximately 541 spots were placed with the following stations; WKXW, WSJO, WJLK, WOBM, WCHR and Pandora.

  • No Advertising Influencers will not, as a part of the Influencer Content produced for any Brand program advertise, market, or otherwise promote any other product or service in which Influencer or any Influencer affiliates have an ownership interest or other financial interest, directly or indirectly.

  • No Advertisement The Purchaser acknowledges that the Shares have been offered to them in direct communication between them and Seller, and not through any advertisement of any kind.

  • No General Solicitation or General Advertising Neither the Company nor any Person acting on its behalf has engaged or will engage in any form of general solicitation or general advertising (within the meaning of Regulation D) in connection with any offer or sale of the Shares.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.
