Technology Control Plan. The GSC must cause the Company to develop and implement a “Technology Control Plan” (i.e., TCP), as defined in the NISPOM. The GSC may establish the Company’s policy regarding the TCP. The TCP must prescribe measures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or export of Export Controlled Information consistent with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

Technology Control Plan. The members of the GSC shall exercise their best efforts to ensure that the Corporation develops and implements a TCP, which shall be subject to inspection by DSS. The GSC shall have authority to establish the policy for the Corporation’s TCP.   • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • Service Plan 2.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan and services during the Term:

  • Employee Assistance Plan The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employee participation in and/or referral to the EAP shall be voluntary and confidential, except as to any disclosures required by applicable state law. All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.
