Tastings o Food tastings can be arranged between R&D and renter prior to the event on selected days and evenings. A cost of $15.00 per person, per plate will be assessed. Renter can choose up to 2 meats, 1 starch, 1 vegetable, and a salad per plate.

Tastings. You will provide free one-ounce tastings to paid guests with identifying wristbands and will be reimbursed $15 per bottle (or equivalent) up to a maximum of 20 bottles. One ounce pour spouts must always be used. All servers must hold a current California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate. Selection Process: Please note that submitting your application does not guarantee acceptance to the event. Approvals will be at the sole discretion of the Festival committee.
Tastings. If desired by Licensee (and subject to the minimums described in the following sentence), SAVOR… may offer Licensee the opportunity to taste different menu options and choose the perfect menu for the Event. A complimentary food - tasting for up to four (4) guests (additional guests or alcoholic beverage tastings will incur a charge, added to the final invoice, based on the tasting menu(s) selected) will be made available for events guaranteeing EITHER a minimum of five hundred (500) attendees OR a minimum final menu price of $35+ per person. Additional guests will incur a charge. All tastings must be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time within two months of, and at least 3 weeks prior to, the Event.

Tastings. Where complimentary tastings are offered, the tasting is usually for 2 people but can be for up to 6 people by prior arrangement. A tasting usually includes a selection of canapés, 3 starters, 3 main courses and a selection of desserts. A small charge may be levied for tastings when more people are attending the tasting, there are more dishes that want to be tried and /or when the final event has less than 70 covers. A charge is made for any subsequent tastings.

Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Prescription Glasses This plan covers prescription glasses as follows: • Frames - one (1) collection frame per plan year; • Lenses - one (1) pair of glass or plastic collection lenses per plan year. This includes single vision, bifocal, trifocal, lenticular, and standard progressive lenses. This plan covers the following lens treatments: • UV treatment; • tint (fashion, gradient, and glass-grey); • standard plastic scratch coating; • standard polycarbonate; and • photocromatic/transitions plastic. Contact Lenses (in lieu of prescription glasses) This plan covers one (1) supply of contact lenses as follows: • conventional contact lenses - one (1) pair per plan year from a selection of provider designated contact lenses; or • extended wear disposable lenses - up to a 6-month supply of monthly or two- week single vision spherical or toric disposable contact lenses per plan year; or • daily wear disposable lenses - up to a 3-month supply of daily single vision spherical disposable contact lenses per plan year. This plan also covers the evaluation, fitting, or follow-up care related to contact lenses. This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.

  • Candles Tenant is not permitted to burn candles in Tenant’s room or anywhere else in the residential portion of the premises.

  • Prescriptions and bottles of these medications may be sought by individuals with chemical dependency and should be closely safeguarded. It is expected that you will take the highest possible degree of care with your medication and prescription. They should not be left where others might see or otherwise have access to them.
