Target Response Metrics. Response times listed below reflect targets and are not contractual obligations. Response time commitments do not imply, promise or guarantee a complete resolution within the stated time frames. Rather, the time commitment is intended to indicate the estimated target time interval in which the Client will be contacted by Ellucian technicians after service desk triaging and routing the issue to either the Client’s onsite representative or Ellucian support. Ellucian technicians will begin triaging the request to seek a resolution of the issue once communication with the Client has been established to validate an incident and depending on the priority level as described below. In the event an issue is identified as needing to be escalated or triaged to Client’s onsite representative or third party vendor during times when the Client does not provide or has not contracted for onsite or third party support or at any time the Client is unavailable in a manner that would prevent referral of an issue to the next level of support, the referral will be made within the response times set forth below when the Client site is next available for business during Normal Business Hours.   • Budget Review The grant funds will not be disbursed until a completed Annual Budget Application (located in the Grant Manager web-based system) for all applicable grants funded under the Contract is received and approved by the Department. The Department shall review all budgets for completeness, reasonableness, and accuracy. Incomplete or incorrect budgets may be returned to the Grantee for correction. Projected expenditures will be compared with actual expenditures from prior years and adjustments may be made to current allocations.

  • BUDGET REDUCTIONS In the event that the County’s Board of Supervisors adopts, in any fiscal year, a County Budget which provides for reductions in the salaries and benefits paid to the majority of County employees and imposes similar reductions with respect to County Contracts, the County reserves the right to reduce its payment obligation under this Contract correspondingly for that fiscal year and any subsequent fiscal year during the term of this Contract (including any extensions), and the services to be provided by the Contractor under this Contract shall also be reduced correspondingly. The County’s notice to the Contractor regarding said reduction in payment obligation shall be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board’s approval of such actions. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, the Contractor shall continue to provide all of the services set forth in this Contract.

  • Line Item Question Response 43 Do your warranties cover all products, parts, and labor? Axon warrants that its law enforcement hardware products which are manufactured by Axon are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. Axon-manufactured accessories are covered under a limited ninety-day warranty from the date of receipt. Non-Axon manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. There are extended warranties available as defined in the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement (MSPA). NON-AXON MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS For some solutions we are authorized resellers of hardware (Cradlepoint routers for Axon Fleet, Axis cameras for Axon Interview, etc.). Products that we are authorized to resell abide by the manufacturer's warranty. Further details can be provided upon request. * 44 Do your warranties impose usage restrictions or other limitations that adversely affect coverage? Restrictions are outlined in our warranty, which has been included in the uploaded attachments. * 45 Do your warranties cover the expense of technicians' travel time and mileage to perform warranty repairs? Axon will troubleshoot these devices to the best of our ability. If we are unable to resolve the issue and the devices require warranty service, this will be performed by the manufacturer. * 48 What are your proposed exchange and return programs and policies?   • Budget Categories Use the first column only (Column 1) to report the budget category breakouts (Lines 6a through 6h) and indirect charges (Line 6j) for the total funding requested for the first year of your project only.

  • Budget Revisions Grantee shall obtain Prior Approval from Grantor whenever a Budget revision is necessary for one or more of the reasons enumerated in 2 CFR 200.308 or 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.370(b). All requests for Budget revisions that require Grantor approval shall be signed by Xxxxxxx’s authorized representative and submitted to Grantor for approval. Expenditure of funds under a requested revision is prohibited and will not be reimbursed if expended before Grantor gives written approval.

  • Prescription Drug Quantity Limits We limit the quantity of certain prescription drugs that you can get at one time for safety, cost-effectiveness and medical appropriateness reasons. Our clinical criteria for quantity limits are subject to our periodic review and modification. Quantity limits may restrict: • the amount of pills dispensed per thirty (30) day period; • the number of prescriptions ordered in a specified time period; or • the number of prescriptions ordered by a provider, or multiple providers. Our formulary indicates which prescription drugs have a quantity limit. Types of Pharmacies Prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies can be bought from the following types of pharmacies: • Retail pharmacies. These dispense prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies. • Mail order pharmacies. These dispense maintenance and non-maintenance prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies. • Specialty pharmacies. These dispense specialty prescription drugs, defined as such on our formulary.   • Sweatshop Labor If this Agreement provides for the laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or for furnishing equipment, materials, or supplies other than for public works, this section is applicable. Contractor certifies that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the JBE under this Agreement have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. Contractor adheres to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and PCC 6108. Contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to Contractor’s records, documents, agents, and employees, and premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under this section and shall provide the same rights of access to the JBE.
