Target Population/Geographical Area. The Program will prioritize single adults and households within the City experiencing unsheltered homelessness and will focus on areas in Downtown San Diego. The Contractor will provide street-based case management focused on facilitating permanent housing placements to unsheltered individuals in and around Caltrans Highway State Right of Ways within the City of San Diego (Caltrans ROW).

Target Population/Geographical Area. The Contractor shall conduct Street-Based Case Management and engagement efforts in geographical quadrant from 7th Avenue to 10th Avenue and Broadway to F Street, San Diego, CA 92101 (E Street Encampment).
Target Population/Geographical Area. The Program will target individuals experiencing homelessness living in shelters, interim housing, and street encampments. The target area of service is the C Street Corridor in the City of San Diego and surrounding areas.
