Year-End Report. The Vendor shall submit a year-end report to the Program Manager thirty (30) days before the Vendor’s annual permit review date. In its report, the Vendor shall describe its progress in implementing each element of the Vendor’s plans and evaluate the effectiveness of each implemented element in meeting the Program’s goals and permit requirements. The year-end report shall also include the rider report described in Requirement DS1.1; DS1.2

Year-End Report. CONTRACTOR shall submit a year-end report to ADMINISTRATOR by July 31, 2012. The report shall include an evaluation section which shall contain, but not be limited to, an analysis of the effectiveness of the AOD prevention strategies implemented toward reaching performance objectives and performance measures, a discussion of successes, barriers encountered, and recommendations for future projects. CONTRACTOR shall use the report format provided by ADMINISTRATOR.
Year-End Report. As soon as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but in no event later than one hundred five (105) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower and Guarantor, commencing with the fiscal year ended June 30, 1996, Borrower and Guarantor shall deliver to Agent copies of (i) the audited consolidated financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries (except the annual financial statements as at June 30, 1996 shall relate solely to Borrower) and (ii) the audited consolidated and unaudited consolidating financial statements of Guarantor and its Subsidiaries, as at the end of such year, together with, in each case, the related statements of income and retained earnings and of cash flows for such year, containing in comparative form the figures for the previous year. Such audited financial statements shall be accompanied by a report without a "going concern" or like exception or qualification arising out of the scope of the audit of independent certified public accountants of nationally recognized standing reasonably acceptable to each Lender, stating that such financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the respective financial positions of the Borrower and Guarantor and results of operations and cash flow for the fiscal year then ended in conformity with GAAP consistently applied in a manner consistent with prior fiscal periods. In addition, Borrower and Guarantor shall furnish Agent with a comparison of the fiscal year's results against the budgets furnished to each Lender. Each Lender acknowledges the Guarantor's employment of BDO Xxxxxxx as independent certified public accountants and presently accepts their employment for purposes of this paragraph and Section.
