Target Population. The Grantee shall ensure that diversion programs and services provided under this grant are designed to serve juvenile offenders who are at risk of commitment to Department.

Persons who are living with HIV are eligible for these programs / service types.

Target Population. Areas Homeowners who are unemployed, or substantially underemployed, and/or reemployed but need help bringing their mortgage current. This Program will be available in all North Carolina counties.

Target Population. Areas MRAP is designed to target low-to-moderate income homeowners and address the needs of a homeowner’s specific situation in lieu of targeting certain regions or counties.
Target Population. Areas The targeted populations are households whose income does not exceed 150% of Area Median Income (“AMI”). It is projected that component assistance will be provided to targeted areas according to the following breakdown of counties. These projections are based on population, delinquent loans and pending foreclosures in these areas. Maricopa County: 75% of component funds Pima County: 8% of component funds Pinal County: 9% of component funds All other areas: 8% of component funds
