Taking of Leave. 5.3.1 The taking of leave will, as far as practicable, be correlated with the running of the Vessel. The period of absence granted will approximate as closely as possible both to the actual amount of leave due to the Employee and to the date and time when the Employee can most conveniently return to duty.
