Survival of Rights and Duties. This Warrant shall terminate and be of no further force and effect on the earlier of 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on the Expiration Date or the date on which this Warrant has been exercised in full.
Survival of Rights and Duties. This Warrant shall terminate and be of no further force and effect on the earlier of (i) 5:00 p.m., New York Time, on the Expiration Date and (ii) the date on which this Warrant and all purchase rights evidenced hereby have been exercised, except that the provisions of Sections 6(c) and 9 hereof shall continue in full force and effect after such termination date.
Survival of Rights and Duties. No termination of this Agreement shall eliminate any rights or duties of the Parties accrued prior to such termination. The provisions of Article 1, Sections 3.3, 4.3 through 4.5, 9.1.1, 9.3, 9.5, Article 10, Section 11.5, Article 12, Sections 13.3 through 13.5, 14.1, 14.3 through 14.5, and 14.8 through 14.17 and the first sentence of Section 7.5, the second to last sentence of Section 2.2 and the last sentences of Sections 2.2, 7.4 and 9.1.3 hereof shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Rights and Duties. Termination of this Agreement for any reason, and any Member ceasing to be a Member or a party to this Agreement for any reason, shall not relieve any Member of any liability which at the time of termination or cessation has already accrued to such Member or which thereafter may accrue in respect of any act or omission prior to such termination or cessation, nor shall any such termination or cessation affect in any way the Related Agreements or the survival of any right, duty or obligation of any Member which is expressly stated elsewhere in this Agreement to survive termination or cessation hereof. The provisions of ARTICLE 8, Section 10.2, Section 10.3, Section 11.4, ARTICLE 12, ARTICLE 13 and ARTICLE 14 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and any Member ceasing to be a Member or a party to this Agreement for any reason.

Survival of Rights and Duties. Rights and duties hereunder which by their terms or nature survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall so survive such termination or expiration, including without limitation duties under Sections 5.3, 7, 8, 9, 10.6, 10.7, 12, 13, 16.1, 16.7, 16.8, 16.9 and 16.10.

Termination of this Agreement for any reason shall not relieve any Member of any liability which at the time of termination has already accrued to such Member or which thereafter may accrue in respect of any act or omission prior to such termination, nor shall any such termination affect in any way the other Related Agreements or the survival of any right, duty or obligation of any Member which is expressly stated elsewhere in this Agreement to survive termination hereof. Sections 8.3, 8.9 and 8.11 and Articles 11 and 12 shall survive any termination of this Agreement, including any termination pursuant to Section 12.12 in connection with the consummation of a purchase and sale transaction pursuant to the Buy-Sell Procedure.
