Title/Responsibilities Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. Executive agrees to serve the Company in the position of President. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the "Chief Executive Officer"). Executive shall have the powers and duties commensurate with such position, including but not limited to, hiring personnel necessary (in the judgment of the Board of Directors) to carry out the responsibilities for such position.
Client Responsibilities You are responsible for (a) assessing each participants’ suitability for the Training, (b) enrollment in the appropriate course(s) and (c) your participants’ attendance at scheduled courses.
Employer Responsibilities Recognizing the inherent risk(s) in a correctional setting, the Employer is obligated to provide a safe workplace and to educate employees on proper safety procedures and use of protective and safety equipment. The Employer is committed to responding to legitimate safety concerns raised by the Union and employees. The Employer will comply with federal and state safety standards, including requirements relating to first aid training, first aid equipment and the use of protective devices and equipment.
User Responsibilities Personnel and where appropriate other internal users, will need to be made aware of their responsibilities towards maintaining effective access controls e.g. choosing strong passwords and keeping them confidential.
