Submission of Grievances. A. Any employee or group of employees shall have the right to present a grievance. The Association shall have the right to file grievances on behalf of the general membership; however, when the Association files a grievance on behalf of the general membership, it shall provide the Authority with the names of individuals who have been adversely affected. The Association has the right to grieve and arbitrate issues that solely affect the rights of the Association. No employee or group of employees shall be hindered from or disciplined for exercising this right.
