This data falls within the scope of the law and regulations relating to the protection of personal data, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended. This personal data may include names, contact information, work experience and professional qualifications, publications, resumes, educational background and information related to potential Dual Capacity conflict of interest, and payments made to Payee(s) under this Agreement. The Investigator hereby consents and agrees to assist in obtaining any necessary consent from the Study Staff or other relevant Institution personnel for the use and processing of their personal data by the Sponsor and its affiliates or third parties working with the Sponsor on the development of the compound for the following purposes: (i) the conduct of clinical trials, (ii) verification by governmental or regulatory agencies, the Sponsor, Quintiles, and their agents and affiliates, (iii) compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, (iv) publication on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and websites and databases that serve a comparable purpose; (v) storage in databases to facilitate the selection of investigators for future clinical trials; and (vi) anti-corruption compliance. The Investigator hereby further consents and agrees to assist in obtaining any necessary consents from the Study Staff or other relevant Institution personnel to the transfer of such data for the abovementioned purposes to countries other than their own country. 6.2

Related to Study Team Member Personal

  • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme implementation manual.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
