EPCC will provide designated High School Librarians with appropriate log-ins to access EPCC Library resources. EPCC Librarians will provide training to designated High School Librarians on available EPCC resources. Dual Credit students will have access to all EPCC student services and privileges, including participation in student government and student clubs.

YHSECA students will have access to on campus EPCC tutoring centers, Academic Computer Services labs, and libraries. EPCC will provide designated YHSECA librarians with appropriate fog-ins to access EPCC Library resources. EPCC Librarians will provide training to designated YHSECA librarians on available EPCC resources. YHSECA students will have access to all EPCC student services and privileges, including participation in student government and student clubs. Upon mutual agreement, EPCC will conduct enrollment registration for all qualified students who have met all requirements and are requested enrollment in dual credit courses and college credit courses. A fee of $150 will be assessed for each student enrolled after EPCC's Census Date when it is determined that the student or YHSECA was responsible for not meeting that deadline.

EPCC Librarians will provide training to designated JMHECHS librarians on available EPCC resources. JMHECHS students will have access to all EPCC student services and privileges, including participation in student government and student clubs. Upon mutual agreement, EPCC will conduct enrollment registration for all qualified students who have met all requirements and have requested enrollment in college courses for dual credit and college credit courses. An enrollment after EPCC’s Census Date and a three-peat fee will be assessed in accordance to the current Dual Credit Partnership Agreement.

  • Student Services 1. Students taking college classes for dual credit may utilize the same services that are available to other MCC students. MCC is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient access to such services as academic advising, learning materials (e.g., library resources), and other services for which the student may be eligible.   • Management Services The Adviser shall perform (or arrange for the performance by its affiliates of) the management and administrative services necessary for the operation of the Fund. The Adviser shall, subject to the supervision of the Board of Trustees, perform various services for the Portfolio, including but not limited to: (i) providing the Portfolio with office space, equipment and facilities (which may be its own) for maintaining its organization; (ii) on behalf of the Portfolio, supervising relations with, and monitoring the performance of, custodians, depositories, transfer and pricing agents, accountants, attorneys, underwriters, brokers and dealers, insurers and other persons in any capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable; (iii) preparing all general shareholder communications, including shareholder reports; (iv) conducting shareholder relations; (v) maintaining the Fund's existence and its records; (vi) during such times as shares are publicly offered, maintaining the registration and qualification of the Portfolio's shares under federal and state law; and (vii) investigating the development of and developing and implementing, if appropriate, management and shareholder services designed to enhance the value or convenience of the Portfolio as an investment vehicle. The Adviser shall also furnish such reports, evaluations, information or analyses to the Fund as the Fund's Board of Trustees may request from time to time or as the Adviser may deem to be desirable. The Adviser shall make recommendations to the Fund's Board of Trustees with respect to Fund policies, and shall carry out such policies as are adopted by the Trustees. The Adviser shall, subject to review by the Board of Trustees, furnish such other services as the Adviser shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to perform its obligations under this Contract.

  • Restricted Use By Outsourcers / Facilities Management, Service Bureaus or Other Third Parties Outsourcers, facilities management or service bureaus retained by Licensee shall have the right to use the Product to maintain Licensee’s business operations, including data processing, for the time period that they are engaged in such activities, provided that: 1) Licensee gives notice to Contractor of such party, site of intended use of the Product, and means of access; and 2) such party has executed, or agrees to execute, the Product manufacturer’s standard nondisclosure or restricted use agreement which executed agreement shall be accepted by the Contractor (“Non-Disclosure Agreement”); and 3) if such party is engaged in the business of facility management, outsourcing, service bureau or other services, such third party will maintain a logical or physical partition within its computer system so as to restrict use and access to the program to that portion solely dedicated to beneficial use for Licensee. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Outplacement Services The Executive shall receive reasonable outplacement services, on an in-kind basis, suitable to his position and directly related to the Executive’s Involuntary Termination, for a period of eighteen (18) months following the date of the Involuntary Termination, in an aggregate amount of cost to the Company not to exceed $50,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall cease to receive outplacement services on the date the Executive accepts employment with a subsequent employer. Such outplacement services shall be provided in a manner that complies with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(b)(9)(v)(A).
