Stormwater System Sample Clauses
Stormwater System i. Applicant shall comply with all codes, laws and regulations necessary for the development of the Property applicable at the time each development permit is issued and will pay all usual and customary costs associated with providing stormwater capture, retention and treatment on-site to the Property for its intended uses.
ii. Applicant agrees to provide to the City any necessary easements on, under and across the Property for the construction, operation and maintenance of the stormwater system. All stormwater infrastructure within the Property shall be maintained by either a homeowners’ association (“HOA”) or community development district (“CDD”) in perpetuity.
Stormwater System i. iv. Owner will have option to make apartments adult only or no children School age facility.
Stormwater System. The Declarant shall be responsible for designing, 22 permitting, constructing, and maintaining the means of conveyance of stormwater runoff within 23 the Project including, but not limited to, all stormwater lines, ditches, culverts, and other 1 stormwater facilities that are necessary to convey and treat stormwater runoff (the “Stormwater 2 System”), as generally depicted on Exhibit “F”. This is graphical in nature, subject to change and 3 intended to only provide a conceptual model subject to final permitting including but not limited 4 to the City’s preliminary plat approvals.

3.3.4.2 Applicant agrees to provide to the City any necessary easements on, under and across the Property for the construction, operation and maintenance of the stormwater system.
3.3.4.3 The City of Green Cove Springs will allow connection for outfall piping to the existing City storm system.
Stormwater System. The City will implement measures to protect the Port’s stormwater system from construction impacts associated with the Project. The City will submit to the Port a construction SWPPP for review prior to the start of the Project. During the Project, the City will implement all BMPs described in the SWPPP (to include cleaning the media system lines to clear high pH dust). At the end of the Project, the City will thoroughly sweep the project area and adjacent, impacted surfaces.
