Step One: Informal Step. Any employee having a grievance shall first discuss it with his/her immediate supervisor within ten (10) working days of the act or occurrence. Prompt and fair handling of a grievance is important to both good morale and effective school administration. Both parties should make sincere and determined effort to settle the grievance at step one within ten (10) working days.
