JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. 5.1 The Joint Liaison Committee for the administration of this Agreement shall be the Committee established under Article 5 of the Collective Agreement for full-time faculty and full-time professional librarians subject to 5.2.

JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. I A Joint Liaison Committee shall be established within days of the ratificationof this Agreement by the Parties. The Joint Liaison Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Association and representatives of the University. A quorum shall be members, provided that representatives of each Party are present. The Committee shall be chaired jointly by one of the representatives of the Association and one of the representatives of the University who shall together be responsible for preparing and distributing agenda and minutes of meetings. The Joint Liaison Committee shall review matters of concern arising from the application of this Agreement, excluding any dispute which is at that time being resolved under the grievance and arbitration procedures set out in Article This Committee shall attempt to xxxxxx effective communications and working relationships between the Parties and shall attempt to maintain a spirit of mutual co-operation and respect. In the light of this objective, this Article does not preclude the occurrence of informal meetings between representativesof the Association and the University to attempt to resolve differences that may arise from time to time. JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. A l l lunch packs shall be prepared by a member of this Union. In considering lay- offs, the Employer w i l l use continuity of employment as the major consideration of continued employment. It is understood and agreed that the intent is to prohibit favouritism and cliques in determining lay- offs and shall not be construed-as the only layoffs. Where there are no adequate facilities for First Aid camp an employee with the minimum Industrial First Aid Ticket w i l l be available and shall be paid a premium of (25) cents per hour over the regular hourly rate for all hours worked.
