State Mandatory Annual Training. Contractor shall complete the State mandatory annual Civil Rights training for all CalFresh Healthy Living funded staff and subcontractors on an annual basis and within each Federal Fiscal Year cycle period. Contractor shall have a process in place to collect and track annual completion rates for all CalFresh Healthy Living funded staff and subcontractors. Contractors shall inform new staff of the requirement and remind current staff and subcontractors to complete the training annually. Contractor shall submit staff’s completed Certificate of Completion with full name and date and saved Power Point pdf to County annually. The training can be downloaded from the NEOPB Training Resources webpage under the Training section of the NEOPB website at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx.xxx/Programs/CCDPHP/DCDIC/NEOPB/Pages/CAStatewideTraining.aspx.

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave.   • First Aid Training a) The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid and refresher courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first-aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.
