State and National Association Representatives. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact legal, official Association business on school property before 7:00 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m. provided this shall not interfere with or interrupt the Employees normal work schedule. Any deviation from the above must be approved by the Superintendent.
