  • Getting Started To obtain and use your Product, you must first do all of the following:

  • Grievance Process In the event of any dispute arising in connection with any part of this clause, such a dispute shall be processed in accordance with the dispute settling provisions of this Agreement.

  • Grievance Mediation a) At any stage in the grievance procedure, the parties by mutual consent in writing may elect to resolve the grievance by using grievance mediation. The parties shall agree on the individual to be the mediator and the time frame in which a resolution is to be reached.

  • Grievance Processing Union stewards or Union officials shall be permitted to have time off without loss of pay for the investigation and processing of grievances and arbitrations. Requests for such time off shall be made in advance and shall not be unreasonably denied. The Union will furnish the Employer with a list of Union stewards and their jurisdictions. The Union shall delineate the jurisdiction of Union stewards so that no xxxxxxx need travel between work locations or sub-divisions thereof while investigating grievances. Grievants shall be permitted to have time off without loss of pay for processing their grievances through the contractual grievance procedure, except that for class action grievances no more than three (3) grievants shall be granted such leave.

  • Grievance A grievance is an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of the terms of the negotiated agreement between the Board and the Association.

  • THE CONTRACT The Contract Documents form the contract for construction. This contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. The contract may only be amended by Change Order. The Contract Documents shall not be construed to create any contractual relationship of any kind between the Architect and the Contractor, but the Architect shall be entitled to performance of obligations intended for his benefit, and to enforcement thereof.   • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply.

  • Grievant A grievant is (1) any individual employee represented by the unit who is filing a grievance; (2) any group of employees adversely affected in a substantially similar manner who are consolidated as a single grievance by the County and thereafter represented by a single grievant; or (3) the Association when the grievance alleges a violation that affects the Association as a whole.

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

  • Complaint Stage It is the mutual desire of the Parties that the complaints of employees shall be adjusted as quickly as possible. An employee who has a complaint must bring that complaint to the attention of the immediate Manager within five (5) working days of when the employee became or ought reasonably to have become aware of the occurrence that gave rise to the complaint. It is understood that no employee has a grievance until the immediate Manager has been given an opportunity to adjust the complaint and verbally reply, which shall be a maximum of three (3) working days from the presentation of the complaint.
