Getting Started. The Card must be signed to be used. When you use the Account or sign the card or sales slips, you agree to: • the terms of this Agreement; plus • any amendments or supplements to the Agreement. You may close your Account at any time. Please see the Closing Your Account section for details.

In this case, each person who is named on the account has all of the rights, obligations and responsibilities set out in this agreement. You may not assign any rights, obligations or responsibilities set out in this agreement to any other person. If you are not the owner of the premises to be supplied with electricity you agree to obtain the owner’s or landlord’s consent before the installation of any fittings or meters. If you are the landlord of the premises and also the account holder, you are fully responsible for your tenant’s outstanding electricity xxxx payments. Work with GC&B to determine an appropriate road section: at least 1-mile in length and where there is a litter problem that you can help with. Complete and submit the Adopt-a-Road Agreement to GC&B for approval. This will ensure that your desired road is still available. Contact GC&B to request supplies for loan at least 5 business days before your first cleanup.
