Standards and Technology. EPA and the State agree to exchange data using Web services technology as defined in the Exchange Network protocol and specification documents. The TRI Data Exchange configuration is explained in detail in the FCD. TRI Data Exchange participants agree to adhere to the technologies and exchange protocols as defined in the FCD.

Standards and Technology. OGAC and [Org short name] agree to exchange data using the following standards: [list relevant standards] Several standards under consideration by international standards organizations pertain to the type of data exchanged through DATIM. As these standards are approved, data exchange partners should expect that DATIM will be adapted to meet these standards. In addition, a key principle for DATIM is full alignment with Open Health Information Exchange (OpenHIE, XXXX.xxx). For any areas not currently in alignment, DATIM will incrementally move to adhere to OpenHIE community components. Data exchange partners agree to make necessary adjustments to align with new standards and specifications. New standards and specifications will be published with at least 3 months lead time through xxx.xxxxx.xxx and interested parties will be provided the opportunity to join collaboration forums to collaborate with the DATIM team on the standards and specifications under consideration.
