Specific Products. The parties agree that certain Products will bear the following Primary Branding and Secondary Branding:

Specific Products. Certain of the warranty terms and conditions for the following products deviate from the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty as indicated in the table below. If there is a conflict between any provisions of this Limited Warranty and any provision in the table below, the provisions of the latter will take precedence and govern the warranties for the particular product. Product: Deviation: Goliath pans 10-Year Warranty Period. Metacaulk 30-Year Warranty Period. Pro-Fit Quick Connectors 5-Year Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty is a pass-through warranty from the manufacturer of the product, Essen Tech Co., LTD. and solely covers replacement of that portion of the product proven to be defective due to a manufacturing defect. This Limited Warranty does not apply to changes to the product or variations of color (fading), shade or texture of the product due to age or fair and ordinary wear and tear. RSH-series This Limited Warranty is a pass-through warranty from PSP Products, Inc. (“Manufacturer”), the manufacturer of the surge protection device (“SPD”), and covers the following: Limited Product Warranty: RSH-50, RSH-60, RSH-120: Lifetime Warranty Period RSH-60VMD: 5-Year Warranty Period RSH-VRM60A: 3-Year Warranty Period RSH-50VRMKIT: 3-Year Warranty Period Enhanced Connected Equipment Warranty: If any heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment connected to the SPD (“Connected Equipment”) is damaged as a result of SPD failure during a surge event, Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Connected Equipment subject to the following Warranty Periods and Dollar Limits: SPD Connected Equipment Warranty Period Connected Equipment Dollar Limit RSH-50 5 Years $5,000 RSH-60 5 Years $7,500 RSH-60VMD 5 Years $5,000 RSH-120 Lifetime $100,000 Coverage is applicable only if the SPD (1) was fully functional immediately prior to the claim event; (2) was properly installed per the installation instructions; and (3) sustained surge damage as a result of the claim event. You must return the SPD to Manufacturer and the SPD must be determined to have failed based on Manufacturer's test procedures. This coverage is secondary to any applicable warranties, service contracts and all other insurance. If the claim is found to be valid, Manufacturer will pay up to the deductible amount of the homeowners’ insurance or the cost of the damage, whichever is less. All of the above items must be met in order to have a valid claim.
