Special Expenses. T. Xxxx Price shall charge Client for any extraordinary expenses or other costs that arise in the process of performing its duties hereunder. Such extraordinary expenses include, but shall not be limited to, expenses and fees incurred by T. Xxxx Price in connection with governmental or regulatory inquiries relating to the Plan or in connection with Client audits of the Plan, and costs of correcting recordkeeping errors that were not made by T. Xxxx Price (such errors may include, but shall not be limited to, an error in data or instructions the Client transmitted to T. Xxxx Price or a pricing error made on an Investment Option the adviser of which is not T. Xxxx Price or any of its affiliates).
