General Expenses definition

General Expenses means the direct and indirect costs, charges and expenses of producing and selling goods for export, other than the costs, charges and expenses referred to in paragraphs (a) to(d) of subsection (2) of section one hundred and ten;

General Expenses means expenses of the Limited Partnership of a general or administrative nature or expenses of the General Partner of a similar nature reimbursable by the Limited Partnership to the General Partner and shall expressly exclude Internal Costs;

General Expenses means assessment rates, refuse removal, sewerage costs, labour costs, management and administration fees, audit fees and any costs relating to the scheme generally;

• The Revenue Requirement Components shall be the sum of Connecting Transmission Owner’s (A) Return and Associated Income Taxes, (B) Transmission Related Real Estate Tax Expense, (C) Transmission Related Amortization of Investment Tax Credits, (D) Transmission Related Payroll Tax Expense (E) Transmission Operation and Maintenance Expense, (F) Transmission Related Administrative and General Expenses, less (G) Revenue Credits, plus (H) Bad Debt Expense.

• In addition, Administrative and General Expenses shall exclude the actual Post-Employment Benefits Other than Pensions (“PBOP”) expenses included in FERC Account No. 926, and shall add back the FERC accepted Post Employment Benefit Other than Pensions of $88,644,000 annually or $7,387,000 per month or any other amount subsequently approved by FERC under Section 205 or 206 of the Federal Power Act.

• General Expenses or developer fee should address specific minor expenses that cannot be classified in any other line item.

General Expenses mean costs and expenses incurred by the Managers in performing the Management Services and for the account of the Owners, in respect of postage, reasonable travelling expenses, administration and translation of SOPEP and other out of pocket expenses, as more particularly detailed in the Annual Budget;

General Expenses means the fees of an investment bank that are charged in connection with the Fundamental Transaction of 2% or more of the Consideration.

LAWS OR LAW: All laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, other requirements, orders, rulings or decisions adopted or made by any governmental body, agency, department or judicial authority having jurisdiction over the Property, the Premises or Tenant’s activities at the Premises and any covenants, conditions or restrictions of record which affect the Property.
