Video Services definition

Video Services means “video programming” and any and all services related to the providing, recording, delivering, use or enjoyment of “video programming” (including origination programming and programming using Internet Protocol, e.g., IP-TV and IP-Video) using one or more channels by a “video service supplier,” regardless of the technology used to deliver, store or provide such services, and regardless of the manner or basis on which such services are calculated or billed, and includes ancillary video services, data services, “telecommunication services,” or interactive communication services that are functionally integrated with “video services.”
Video Services means video-conferencing, television, cable, direct broadcast satellite, video-on-demand or other video services.
Video Services means the one-way transmission to Subscribers within the City of video programming (programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station) or other programming services typically provided by a Multi-channel Video Programming Distributor (“MVPD”) and made available to all Subscribers within the City generally, but not to include over-the-top services such as Hulu, Netflix or Sling. Video Services are separate and distinct from Telecommunications Services and Other Services.
