Solicitation for Employment. While he is receiving payments from the Company under this Agreement or under the MCA, and for a period of six months thereafter, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, employ, solicit for employment, or advise or recommend to any other person that they employ or solicit for employment, any person employed at the time by the Company or any of its subsidiaries for the purpose of competing with the Company in such manner as is described in Subsection (a) of this Section 8.
Solicitation for Employment. CONTRACTOR shall, in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of CONTRACTOR, state that it is an Equal Opportunity or Affirmative Action employer. All qualified applicants shall receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, age, or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era.
Solicitation for Employment. During the term of the Program neither Party will actively solicit for employment purposes the employees of the other Party who are performing services under the Program. Active solicitation does not include general advertisements for employment by either Party.
Solicitation for Employment. Exhibit H attached hereto identifies certain employees of Seller assigned to the Branch (the “Branch Employees”). Purchaser may, but is under no obligation, to offer employment to one or more such individuals.
Solicitation for Employment. Throughout the Restricted Period, a Member shall not, either directly or indirectly, on its own account or as a partner, joint venturer, consultant, employee, agent, member or shareholder of any other Person or in any other capacity, in any way, solicit or hire for employment or for engagement as an independent contractor in a business that is competitive with the business of the Company any person who is then, or within a period of twelve (12) months prior to any such relevant solicitation was, an employee of or independent contractor engaged by the Company.
Solicitation for Employment. Purchaser agrees to offer employment to all employees and officers of the Branch (herein, collectively, the “Officers and Employees”) on terms and conditions comparable to those provided by Seller to the Officers and Employees. The Purchaser agrees to keep the Officers and Employees employed for a period of at least six (6) months on such comparable terms and conditions, unless any of the Officers and Employees is discharged for cause.
Solicitation for Employment. Purchaser agrees to offer employment to all employees and officers of the Branches listed on Exhibit V attached hereto and made a part hereof (herein, collectively, the "Officers and Employees") who are still so employed as of the Effective Date. The Seller will not renegotiate the position, salary or wages of any Officer or Employee of the Branches on or prior to the Effective Date, other than ordinary salary increases. The Purchaser agrees to keep employed for a period of at least six months any Officer or Employee, unless such Officer or Employee is discharged for cause (any officer of Seller shall not be required to be an officer of Purchaser).
Solicitation for Employment. A party must not during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 6 months after the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement, solicit for employment or employ, whether directly or indirectly through an associate, subsidiary or related corporation) or otherwise, any person who is employed or contracted by either party, in connection with this Agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing by the other. A party shall promptly advise the other party if such a person seeks to be employed or contracted by the first party.
Solicitation for Employment. AmericasBank shall offer employment with AmericasBank to the present Baltimore Branch officers and employees listed on Exhibit III hereto (the "Officers and Employees") subject to their continued satisfactory performance of their duties. AmericasBank may immediately contact and solicit the Officers and Employees for employment.
Solicitation for Employment. 2.5.5.1 Without the express written consent of both WellPoint and the Supplier, neither firm will solicit, hire, contract with, or engage the employment or consulting of services of any employee of each other’s respective organization with whom either organization’s personnel have had direct contact in the course of performance of this Agreement, for a period of [ * ] from the day that the Supplier ceases to provide services to WellPoint under this Agreement. The restrictions in this Section 2.5.6 shall not apply topersonnel of either Party who, without any direct or indirectsolicitation by the hiring Party, respond to a general solicitation for employment by the hiring Party, or who had no direct involvement in the Services performed for WellPoint by Supplier. If a Statement of Work expressly provides that WellPointhas the “right to hire” a specific Resource, the restrictionsin this Section 2.5.6 shall not apply to that Resource.Instead, WellPoint shall have the right, with respect to such Resources, to offer employment to the Resource at any time following [ * ] after the date the Resource begins providing services to WellPoint.
