Single Homeless Project. This agreement does cover the sharing and assessing of information held by the Signatory Organisations by: • Islington High Risk Panel if set up after the date of this Agreement • A multi-agency group that is not a High-Risk Panel and which relates to an adult with social care needs This agreement does not cover the sharing and processing of information held by the Signatory Organisations for the purposes of:  Islington Public Protection Unit (Jigsaw) through MAPPA process  Islington Prolific Priority Offender Unit  Islington DV Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) information sharing  Islington Community MARAC  •Disability Targeted Hate Crime - managed under the current MPS Hate Crime Policy  •Domestic Abuse - managed under the current Domestic Abuse Policy  •Information required by the police for criminal investigations These activities are covered by separate information sharing agreements / policies.

  • Excavation If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Skilled Care in a Nursing Facility This plan covers skilled nursing services in a skilled nursing facility if: • the services are prescribed by a physician: • your condition needs skilled nursing services, skilled rehabilitation services or skilled nursing observation; • the services are provided by or supervised by licensed technical or professional medical personnel; and • the services are not custodial care, respite care, day care, or for the purpose of assisting with activities of daily living.

  • Lots 5.1. The 1 (one) standard lot size is the measurement unit specified for each CFD. The Company may offer standard lots, micro-lots and mini-lots, in its discretion, as defined from time to time in the Contract Specifications or the Company’s Website.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.
