Simultaneous Leave. (a) Employees eligible for parental leave are entitled to request simultaneous leave for a period of eight (8) weeks where both parents are Vision Australia employees. For the secondary care giver this leave would normally be requested as two (2) weeks paid leave (see subclause 19.6) plus up to six (6) weeks unpaid leave.

  • Xxxx Leave For laid off employees, sick leave accruals shall remain on the books and be reinstated if such employees are reappointed.
