Assault Leave Assault leave provides extended job income and benefits protection to an employee who is injured as the result of a physical assault suffered during the performance of his or her job.
However, if no other principal approves the assignment by the beginning of the next school year, a district must place theLength of Absence Sick Leave Different from Temporary Disability Leave Assault Leave Notice of Rights Assignment to Assault Leaveemployee at the school at which the employee formerly taught or was assigned.A superintendent shall grant the length of leave of absence for tem- porary disability as required by the individual educator.
