Sick Leave Cashout. A. Pursuant to current statute, employees may cash in unused sick leave days above an accumulation of sixty (60) days at a ratio of one full day's pay for four (4) accumulated sick leave days. Such cash in may not exceed the number of days accumulated the previous year less the number of days of sick leave actually used the previous year.
