Showing Premises. Tenant acknowledges that Xxxxxx has explained the possible methods used by listing brokers, 198 landlords and sublandlords to show premises, and the limitations (if any) on Tenant and Xxxxxx being able to access premises due 199 to such methods. Showing Premises. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord and its authorized agents and employees, acting reasonably and without interrupting the Tenant’s business, to show the Premises:
Showing Premises. Lessor may show the premises to prospective purchasers and mortgagees and, during the six months prior to termination of this Lease, to prospective tenants, during business hours upon reasonable notice to Lessee.
Showing Premises. Lessor shall have the right during normal business hours, and upon reasonable notice to Lessee, to show the Premises to prospective lessees or Purchasers of the Building or any part thereof at any time.

Showing Premises. During the final four (4) months of the Lease term, Landlord shall be permitted to show prospective tenants the Leased Premises upon giving Tenant twenty-four (24) hours' notice. Any showings will be done in a manner that will not unreasonably disturb Tenant's business.

For One Hundred Eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of this Lease, Landlord shall have reasonable access to the Demised Premises for the purpose of exhibiting the same to prospective tenants. Landlord may place a sign or signs on the Demised Premises at any time which advertises the availability of the Demised Premises for lease or for sale.
Showing Premises. At any time in business hours during the last six months of the Term, the Landlord may show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and for that purpose, the Landlord, its agents and prospective tenants may enter upon and inspect all parts of the Leased Premises.
Showing Premises. Lessor may show the Premises to prospective purchasers and mortgagors and, during the sixty days period prior to termination of this Lease, to prospective Lessees, during business hours upon reasonable notice to Lessee.

Tenant also agrees to permit the Landlord or Landlord's agent to show the premises during regular business hours to persons wishing to purchase the same; provided Landlord coordinates such inspection with the Tenant, so as to not interfere with the Tenant's operations, and also to show the premises during regular business hours to persons willing to hire the same after Tenant's failure to timely exercise an option and the Tenant further agrees that during the six months next prior to the expiration of the term, the Landlord or Landlord's agent shall have the right to place notices on the front of said premises, or any part thereof, offering the promises "To Let", and the Tenant hereby agrees to permit the same. to remain thereon without hindrance or molestation.
