Shopping Chart. Placing the Goods and Services in a wish list or the shopping chart without completing the process (i.e. submitting your order and/or request) does not constitute an order for such Goods and Services, and as such, Goods or Services may be removed from the shopping chart if it is no longer available or the Charges thereof might change without notice to you. The Buyer cannot hold us or the Seller liable if such Goods and Services that are not available or are not available at the particular Charge when the Buyer complete or attempt to complete the ordering cycle at a later stage. Before the Buyer submit the order the Buyer will be allowed to make changes to the selection of Goods and Services;

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms.
