Purchase Cycle definition

Purchase Cycle means each six-month period, or such other period as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 5.2. The first Purchase Cycle shall commence on February 1, 2013 and end on July 31, 2013.

  • If you do not get a grace period for the Purchase Cycle, we charge interest charges from the day the purchase is posted to the Account through the Interest End Date.

  • The total net proceeds of any exercise of the Purchase Right during each Purchase Cycle will vary from Purchase Cycle to Purchase Cycle.

  • The ESPP imposes certain limitations upon a Participant's right to acquire Common Shares, including that no Participant may contribute more than the equivalent in local currency of USD 12,500 during any Purchase Cycle towards the purchase of Common Shares.

  • Under the ESPP, the maximum contribution that any individual Participant may contribute in each Purchase Cycle towards the purchase of Common Shares is the equivalent in local currency of$12,500.

  • Termination of employment: If a Participant terminates employment with his or her Participating Employer for any reason prior to the expiration of a Purchase Cycle, then the Participant's participation in the ESPP will immediately terminate and the amount credited to the Participant's account will be refunded as soon as reasonably practicable without interest (unless otherwise required under local law).

  • Subscription Period means the defined period of time of the Subscription as set forth in an Order Form.

The Mandatory Purchase Event shall be deemed to occur on such fifteenth (15th) day prior to any Scheduled Termination Date, Liquidity Provider Ratings Event Termination Date or Related Party Termination Date, as the case may be.
