Common use of SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. A. New employees hired into the unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first twelve (12) months of their employment. When an employee finishes the probationary period, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the original date of hire. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. A. New employees hired into as members of the bargaining unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first twelve sixty (1260) months days worked of their employment. When an employee finishes the probationary period, he/she he shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from as of the original date of hire. There shall be no seniority among first day worked in the employee’s probationary employeesperiod.
