Sculptures. First Nations agrees to provide all design and planning for the development and installation of the Monument Sculptures to be placed within the Sculpture Garden. First Nations retains ownership of the sculptures but grants the City the right to display them in Halley Park for twenty (20) years, this term to begin on the date of installation of the sculpture(s). At the end of the 20-year term, the City has the right to renew this Agreement for an additional five years upon 60 days notice to First Nations.

Sculptures. As long as Tenant (including any Affiliate and Successor Entity) occupies at least 400,000 RSF in the Building, Landlord hereby agrees to keep all sculptures located in the Building lobby as of the date hereof in the Building lobby.
Sculptures. I would like to purchase two sculptures that decorate my former office or that the Company retails. The Company will sell me the 3CPO sculpture that was in my former office for $7,500 (which is 50% of its retail price of $15,000) and a Superman for $2,500 (which is 50% of its retail price of $5,000), for a total of $10,000, which I already have paid to the Company. I will pay the Company the cost of shipping Superman to me, within 30 days after this Agreement becomes effective. I may take the 3CPO model from the Company’s office (or have it picked up at my own expense), and the Company will ship a Superman to me.

  • Decorations The only acceptable form of affixing items to walls is the use of white sticky tack, and must be removed by the Resident prior to move out, or be subject to removal charges. Spikes, hooks, screws, tacks or nails or any permanent adhesion type tape shall not be put into or on the walls or woodwork, ceilings, furnishings, doors or windows of any part of the Residence. Residents may not decorate the outside of their room door unless for special occasions approved by the Manager. Strings of indoor lights should not be in direct contact with any flammable materials and should not be left on while the room is unattended.

  • Painting All exterior surfaces and materials requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar alkyd flat exterior finish, or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx SWP exterior gloss paint. All porous exterior surfaces (e.g. unpainted wood) shall be sealed with 2 coats of Xxxxxxxx’x Water Seal following the manufacturers application instructions. Interior surfaces requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Latex Eg-Shel enamel. Concrete block walls shall receive 1 coat of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Block Filler and 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar latex Eg-Shel enamel. Interior finishes and color selections shall be approved by the State. A schedule of colors and finishes shall be prepared by the Owner/Lessor and approved by the State.

  • ART Tenant shall not install any object in the Premises that constitutes a work of visual art under the Visual Artists Rights Act of 1990 unless Tenant has obtained City’s prior written approval and provided City with a written waiver that complies with the requirements of such Act or its successor.

  • Furniture For no additional charge, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord those items of furniture and artwork situated in the Premises (the "FURNITURE") and described on the inventory list attached hereto as EXHIBIT C (the "INVENTORY LIST"). Landlord hereby represents to Tenant that Landlord owns the Furniture and has the right to lease the Furniture to Tenant as described herein. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that prior to the Lease Commencement Date the parties will conduct a "walk-through" inspection of the Premises in order to confirm the completeness and accuracy of the furniture shown on the Inventory List, and to give Tenant the opportunity to confirm that the Furniture is in good condition and repair. Subject to such "walk-through" inspection, Tenant accepts the Furniture in its "as-is" condition, without any representation or warranty by Landlord. LANDLORD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE FURNITURE. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall maintain and repair the Furniture as reasonably necessary, and shall insure the same along with its other personal property pursuant to ARTICLE 10 hereof. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender the Furniture to Landlord in the same condition and repair as on the Lease Commencement Date, reasonable wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.
