Scope of the procurement procedure. The scope of this procurement procedure is to award framework contract(s) for the supply of service weapons (compact 9x19 mm semi-automatic pistol), accessories and related services and their ammunition for use by the European Border and Coast Guard standing corps. The tender procedure is divided in the following 2 Lots:  Lot 1 – Compact 9x19 mm semi-automatic pistol, accessories and training;  Lot 2 – Ammunition, as described in the Annex II Terms of Reference (ToR) and Technical specifications in the Annex V - Compliance Matrix. In accordance with Articles 2(63) and 162(1) and (2) of the Financial Regulation, the subject matter of this procurement is a supplies contract. In accordance with Article 164 of the Financial Regulation, the framework contract(s) will be awarded through one single open procedure.

The employee may have the assistance of their Alliance representative in presenting the complaint. Complaints shall be answered as soon as reasonably possible, but in no event shall an answer be delayed more than seven (7) business days, unless the time for an answer is extended by mutual agreement. If the employee and the Alliance are dissatisfied with the answer they may request a Special Conference.
