Change Management Process definition

Change Management Process means a process that defines the procedure through which a change of the business is authorized, planned, and deployed into Customer’s productive (“PRD”) systems within the Customer’s environment. All changes in the Customer’s environment which are not agreed to be a Standard Change (defined below) are considered a request for change. Changes are classified by their potential impact to the PRD system. Depending on the potential impact of such a change request, additional approvals may be required.
Change Management Process means the process described in clause 4. CMS SOW means the statement of work for cloud and managed services entered into between Interactive and the Customer named in that statement of work.
Change Management Process means the change management process established in Subsection 4.7 hereof.

  • CenturyLink will provide notice to CLEC of any changes to the LIS trunk intervals consistent with the Change Management Process (CMP) applicable to the PCAT.

More Definitions of Change Management Process

Change Management Process means the procedure to authorize, plan and deploy a change of the business process into the productive systems. All changes in the Customers system, which are not caused by an Incident or Problem or agreed as a Standard Change, are considered a Request for Change. Change Management does not only include the implementation procedure, but the holistic process from the requirement to the deployment. Changes are classified by their potential impact to the productive system (Regular Change and Emergency Change). Depending on the potential impact a certain approval level is required.
Change Management Process means the process described in clause 11. CMS SOW means the statement of work for cloud and managed services entered into between Interactive and the Customer named in that statement of work. Customisation Fee means the fee for the Customisation Services as set out in the CMS SOW, if applicable.
Change Management Process means the process and procedures used to manage changes to a Customer’s IT environment;
Change Management Process has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.
Change Management Process means the process adopted by Customer when changes to the Product are necessary (software or otherwise) for instance for a new software update. In the event the Change Management Process is not reasonable, or it prevents or delay’s Corero’s ability to timely or fully perform under this Agreement, including without limitation, the ability to meet the service levels in Exhibit A, such failure by Corero shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Change Management Process means a business process that ensures that no changes occur on a computing resource without having gone through a methodology to ensure that changes will perform as expected, with no unexpected repercussions.
