Satisfaction of Covenants. Prior to the closing, the Bank shall have fully performed, satisfied and fulfilled each of the obligations imposed upon the Bank pursuant to the terms of this Agreement;
Satisfaction of Covenants. The Company and its Subsidiaries shall have satisfied and fulfilled each of the obligations imposed upon them pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
