Satellite Operations. This two- (2) week course shall be conducted at a Purchaser-provided facility, concluding approximately three (3) months before Launch. This training shall focus on operational aspects of the Satellite and subsystems for operational modes under normal and contingency conditions. It shall cover TC&R operations and attitude/orbit maneuver planning and analysis. The course topics shall include:

Satellite Operations. During the Term of this Agreement, the technical operations of the Satellites may require occasional interruption of service in order to protect the health and performance of the Satellites, to act in accordance with the Satellite's operational procedures, or otherwise to comply with contractual obligations. To the extent practicable and technically feasible, the Programmer shall be given at least forty-eight (48) hours' written notice of such interruption. Dominion will use its reasonable efforts to minimize the disruption of the Dominion transponders on the Satellites. There shall be no liability to Dominion for such interruptions.
Satellite Operations. 9.1 GTE shall be the sole FCC licensee of the Satellite, and shall be responsible for operating and maintaining the Satellite in a manner that complies with all applicable FCC Rules and Regulations. GTE shall be the sole controller and operator of the Satellite.

(C) OA reserves the right to relocate the Serving Satellite in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of any federal, state or other domestic of foreign government authority with appropriate jurisdiction. Prior to any such relocation of the Serving Satellite, OA will give written notice to Customer of the Serving Satellite's new location and whether the Serving Transponder(s) will continue to meet the Minimum Standards. Thereafter, the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall continue.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.
