FCC Licensee definition

FCC Licensee means Vonage America LLC.
FCC Licensee or “FCC Licensees” means the CCA Entity or White Knight Entity, or entities, as applicable listed as holding the FCC Licenses on Schedule 3.4(a).
FCC Licensee means the Company or Subsidiary of the Company that holds the FCC Licenses.

  • FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.
