Salary Range Increases Clause Samples

The 'Salary Range Increases' clause establishes the conditions and procedures for adjusting the salary ranges applicable to certain positions or employees. Typically, this clause outlines how and when salary ranges may be reviewed, such as annually or in response to market changes, and may specify the factors considered in determining increases, like cost of living adjustments or performance benchmarks. Its core function is to ensure that compensation remains competitive and fair over time, addressing issues of employee retention and market alignment.
