SALARY EMPLOYEES Salary Level Employees. (a) All employees who are appointed as a full time employee in writing under this clause and who are paid a salary no less than $38,600.00 (inclusive of Annual Leave Loading), as varied from time to time. Such employees are covered by the terms and conditions of this agreement with the exception of the following clauses, which shall not apply:

SALARY EMPLOYEES Salary Level Employees. (a) All employees who are appointed as a full time Grade 6 employees in writing under this clause and who are paid a salary no less than the partial exemption rate as provided in the Hotels Resorts and Certain Other Licensed Premises Award – State (excluding SE Qld), as varied from time to time. Such employees are covered by the terms and conditions of this agreement with the exception of the following clauses, which shall not apply:

  • Salary/Wages Grantee shall list personnel involved, position classification, direct salary rates, and hours spent on the Project in accordance with Attachment 3, Grant Work Plan in their documentation for reimbursement or match requirements.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Eligible Employees Regular and probationary, full time and less than full-time employees (on a pro rata basis) are eligible to participate in this program. Sec. 903 COURSES ELIGIBLE: The following criteria will be used in determining eligibility for reimbursement:

  • Employee Compensation The wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees who will be employed for the benefit of the Project, and to others who perform special services for the benefit of the Project, to the extent not otherwise paid through a Cash Management System, shall be paid by Owner from a Project Account pursuant to this Section 9.2.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.

  • Deferred Salary Leave Plan 1. The Board shall administer a Deferred Salary Leave Plan as determined by a separate agreement.

  • Deferred Salary Leave Each employer ratifying this Agreement will establish or, as necessary, review and update a deferred salary leave plan consistent with Regulations issued by Canada Revenue Agency under the Income Tax Act. The parties may use the Application, Agreement, and Approval Form as a template (see Appendix H) for the deferred salary leave plan.

  • Employees' Compensation The Consultant shall be solely responsible for the following:

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 34 (Abbotsford).

  • Compensation for Employees Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.
