Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.
Salary and Allowances A Teacher on part-time assignment shall be paid according to the salary schedule and allowances in this Collective Agreement, pro-rated unless otherwise specified in this agreement.
Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION ARTICLE 56
Salary Grids Classifications and salary rates are attached as Schedule "A" and forms part of this Collective Agreement. The years referred to in the salary schedules shall mean years of continuous service with the Employer in the designated classification, plus the applicable allowances under 23.04. Years of service on the new grid may not relate to the employee’s service level as a result of April 1, 2007 harmonization of the grids and blending the bargaining units.
User Contributions The Website may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Website. Salary on Promotion (a) An employee shall be given no less than an increase to the next higher rate in the new salary range effective on the date of promotion. If an employee is demoted or removed during trial service as a result of a promotion, his/her salary shall be reduced to the former step, and the previous salary eligibility date shall be restored. If the employee’s salary eligibility date occurs during the promotional trial service period, upon reinstatement to the previous class, the salary eligibility date prior to promotion will be recognized.
LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.
SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS 198. Appointments to positions in the City and County Service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.
Salary and bonus ii. Awards of stock, stock options, and stock appreciation rights. Use the dollar amount recognized for financial statement reporting purposes with respect to the fiscal year in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004) (FAS 123R), Shared Based Payments.
