Salaries/Stipends. A. Certificated employeessalary schedules shall be attached as Appendix E and shall be effective on the first employee contract day. Employee checks shall be distributed on the last weekday of each month. Part-time employees’ paychecks will follow the same schedule as full-time employees.

Salaries/Stipends. Section 4-01. Increase all steps of the Appendix A salary scale as follows: Year One (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) – Increase each step by two percent (2%). Year Two (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021) – Increase each step by two percent (2%). Salaries/Stipends. 1. The following guide for the administration of salaries for teacher as defined herein in the Long Branch Public Schools shall become effective September 1 of the given year upon ratification of this agreement by both parties. The attached guides shall supersede any salary schedule previously adopted for Teachers. Said Salary Guide is annexed hereto as "Schedule H".

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • Eligibility for Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime compensation rates for all hours worked in excess of the workday and workweek identified below shall be as follows:
