Current Employees Employees who are eligible to participate but not deferring shall have Elective Deferrals withheld in the amount of ______ % of Compensation or $_________ of Compensation. Employees and Participants shall have the right to amend the stated automatic Elective Deferral percentage or receive cash in lieu of deferral into the Plan.
Definition of Employees A. Full-time employee is defined as a person employed in a position that is scheduled for forty (40) hours per week.

Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime. Cyclic Employment Leave Leave without pay will be granted to cyclic year employees during their off season.
Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.
Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.
Definition of Employee 5.01 In this Agreement "employee" means a person who is employed by the Company and who is included in a unit of the Company's employees for whom the Union has been certified as the collective bargaining agent by the Labour Relations Code of B.C. "
