Safety-Related Improvements. The parties recognize that Caltrans has already determined that certain safety-related improvements to State Route 16 between Woodland and Xxxxxx are necessary as a result of existing traffic conditions. The parties also recognize that Caltrans has already commenced the design and environmental review processes necessary to implement these improvements. As their first priority in mitigating State Route 16 traffic-related impacts, the County and the Tribe will in good faith each use reasonable efforts to insure that the scope of these traffic safety improvements fully mitigates existing traffic-related impacts. Additionally, the County and the Tribe will use their best efforts to insure that Caltrans will implement these improvements at the earliest possible date to minimize the cumulative impacts that will result if the Casino Expansion and Hotel Project is completed before all of the necessary traffic safety improvements are fully implemented.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

  • Materials and Improvements Title to materials, improvements, and other property required of PURCHASER by this contract shall vest in and become the property of STATE at the time such are furnished by PURCHASER and accepted by STATE.   • PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS Improvements placed on National Forest System land at the direction of either of the parties, shall thereupon become property of the United States, and shall be subject to the same regulations and administration of the Forest Service as other National Forest improvements of a similar nature. No part of this instrument shall entitle the cooperator to any share or interest in the project other than the right to use and enjoy the same under the existing regulations of the Forest Service.
